The KORRHAUS Designer replaces the usual back-and-forth of forms and emailed mock-ups. Design on the sock itself, compare both options and see how your logo, colours, cuff, sole and packaging work together before you ask for a quote.

From online design to approved production proof

  1. Build the designStart from a KORRHAUS sock or go fully custom, and preview every choice as you go.
  2. Confirm quantityStart from 20 pairs per design. Larger runs get volume pricing automatically.
  3. Generate the quoteSign in and add your business details. We check every studio, usually within a few hours, and then show your exact price. You can save your design before registering.
  4. Place your orderCheck out with your chosen designs, sizes and quantities.
  5. Check every detail togetherTogether we confirm your yarn colours, cuff and label, logo size, placement and finish, grip plate and silicone colour, packaging, sizes and quantities.
  6. Approve your final proofWe put everything we agreed into your production proof. You review it, we make any changes together, and you give the final go-ahead.
  7. Production and shippingCurrent production time is 8–12 weeks after the required payment and final proof approval. We ship worldwide; the shipping cost is confirmed separately for your destination.

Prepare your studio logo

Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file up to 5 MB. A clean, high-contrast logo stays readable at sock size.

The Designer can remove a plain background and turn your logo into an editable vector. KORRHAUS still reviews your original artwork and confirms the best logo method before production.

Custom grip sock FAQ

What is the minimum order for custom grip socks?

The minimum order is 20 pairs per design for both routes. Larger quantities receive volume pricing, and designs with the same logo and setup count together.

Can I add my studio logo to an existing KORRHAUS sock?

Yes. With Route 01 you choose a KORRHAUS grip sock, upload your logo and adjust its size and position on the live preview. The original sock design and KORRHAUS grip sole stay the same.

Can I create a fully custom Pilates grip sock?

Yes. With Route 02 you choose from 184 yarn colours, 11 patterns, several cuff styles, jacquard knit or embroidery, grip soles and studio packaging.

When will I see the exact price?

Sign in and add your business details. We check every studio before showing prices, usually within a few hours, and email you when your price is ready. You can explore the options and save your design before then.

Which logo files can I upload?

The designer accepts PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG files up to 5 MB. A simple, high-contrast logo usually produces the clearest result at sock size. KORRHAUS reviews every artwork file before production.

What is the difference between jacquard and embroidery?

Jacquard knits the mark into the sock, while embroidery adds raised thread on top of the knitted fabric. The best method depends on the detail, size and colours in your logo.

Can you match my studio colours?

You can design with 184 yarn colours. Colours on screen are a guide; KORRHAUS confirms the physical yarn colour before production. If you need an exact brand colour match, request it and we'll check it in technical review.

Can the grip sole carry our studio branding?

You can use a proven KORRHAUS grip plate or ask for a custom one. Custom plates need a technical review, and the mould is quoted as a separate one-time cost.

How long does production take and how is shipping charged?

The current production lead time is 8 to 12 weeks after the required payment and final proof approval. We ship worldwide; the shipping cost is confirmed separately for each order and delivery destination.
